BUT over the last 2 years, when you need assistance with finding something or even finding a person to help, you're either met by an individual lacking in customer service or waiting for over 15 to 20 minutes after a request has been made over the intercom. The last 5, yes, 5 times I have been and asked for assistance I have waited far too long with absolutely no one showing up. I have walked out. I always give businesses second chances. Unfortunately I have given the benefit of the doubt too many times. Some of your staff could use a few leasons in customer service and how to interact with other individuals in a manner not lacking in manners. I truly do not want to have to go to Home Depot.
