She was very helpful in assuring me of the safety of the facility and gave a tour of available units to find the one that met my needs. Shauna made sure that the storage unit I selected had adequate lighting and went so far as to physically change the bulb right then and there. She also made the transfer of units super easy. All in all Shauna is friendly, relatable and knowledgeable of the area. 5 stars

I am thankful for them helping me with the storage needs, and know that they will help you as well :) And update, when told that had 24 hour access and then going to move items in, was denied access, so now am sitting here at the gate when I am supposed to move things. Feeling kinda fustrated. When needed storage, they were not able to help
