  Sergio was awesome. The second I called the number on the door he was there with in seconds. Sergio answered all my questions and made me feel welcome. The process was easy, and feels the price was right for what I asked for. Thank you Sergio.

  I am a mother of 6 and it was raining on 02/17/26. The manager at 15555 Yates rd Victorville her name was Shanna. She left her company phone on the counter where I accidentally picked up her company phone that was on the counter near me, not knowing I picked up the phone, when my daughter gave me the phone telling me it keeps ringing, then I received a phone call looking for the phone in which I did cooperate and brought them the phone back during the phone call when she asked if I had the phone she threatened me with the police, even after I told I had the phone And I was bringing it back to her office. She already had her mind made up that I stole the phone because she threatened me with the police when I told her I had the phone. I then took her the phone to the office and she told me I had to move all my things out of extra space because I took a phone on accident and took the phone back. I was being treated unfairly, the manager took no responsibility for leaving a cellphone out in the open on a counter. There is video evidence that shows I never went behind a desk, so I had to accidentally take the phone because it was not put it properly or shanna did not take care of the phone in a professional way. I have 6 kids not even an apology and bringing the phone back made anything better instead I was being racially profiled. I even showed Shanna text messages from me and boyfriend about the phone because we was trying to find out who the phone belonged too. I actually like extra space, but if you go to this location be careful because they are unprofessional here. She didn’t even have the lock inside of my unit, I had to go get the lock, while it was raining really bad and don’t notice when I got the lock inside I picked up her phone. But I pray to God Shanna asks for forgiveness!! No one deserves to be racial discriminated. ~Chef Quan

  WOW!!! This Extra Space Storage facility ( on Yates Road in Victorville) and STAFF is OUTSTANDING!!! If you want a SAFE, CLEAN, SECURE , WELL MAINTAINED storage facility to store your stuff- this is the place to go!!!! The stellar staff and online signup process makes every aspect of renting a storage unit a BREEZE. The property manager, Shauna Henderson, Anthony, and Miguel (the staff members I dealt with) were all so very helpful, polite, and professional. From the moment I met Shauna, I knew I was in the right place. Her warmth, knowledge, and patience meant so much to me, an older customer renting a storage unit for the first time, with doubts about signing up online. She encouraged me to to try signing up online, to see how easy it was, and come on back in if I wasn’t successful, with a promise to walk me thru it if I couldn’t figure it out. The online process was a breeze, I was glad that I was able to figure it out. But the icing on the cake? Shauna called me personally the next morning and congratulated me on my successful signup, assuring me that all was well. Who does that in this day and age?!? Shauna does! That’s who!! Do yourself a favor, and look no further than this Extra Space Storage Facility, and enjoy the feeling of knowing your stuff is safe and you are in the great hands of Shauna and her wonderful staff.

  Shauna at the Victorville location is absolutely excellent and amazing! She and her facility has my 110% recommendation! We absolutely adore her, and her service. She is very professional and doesn't hesitate to go above and beyond to provide the best professional service possible. She is always helpful in office and out on the golf cart when she's doing her checks. I definitely will give her an A+ ❤️
