Lowe's is the worst retailer I have EVER dealt with. They refused to take back a lemon of a washer. The brand name is Whirlpool. Our washer broke down before we had it for two weeks!! Lowe's refused to help us saying we had to call Whirlpool directly to get our washer fixed! When we contacted Whirlpool, they sent a repair man out. He said this model was a big problem. They ordered a part and that was 2 months ago!! They just gave my mom the runaround and referred her back to Lowe's. Lowe's sold us a lemon and refused to help us. Whirlpool failed us too. My mother is 81years old and they refused to help her. They DO NOT STAND BEHIND what they sell!! So for a lousy $400 they have given up any future business with our family, friends, friends of friends and anyone else I can tell this story to. DON'T BUY FROM LOWE'S! AND DON'T BUY WHIRLPOOL!!! If you were screwed by Lowe's or Whirlpool? Let them know!! Boycott Lowe's and Whirlpool!! Also, I did not give Lowe's a "star" for the review. They don't deserve a single star review, but I couldn't post this review without at least one

We very recently purchased a Royal Star Magnolia plant from Lowes in Ventura. It was covered in buds and within 3 days of having it home it exploded with blooms! We are so happy with this purchase and the quality of the plant. We are excited to watch it grow over the years. Highly recommend having Will help you with any questions and assistance in the Garden Center, we received excellent customer service and wisdom from him!

Honestly, could not be happier with how the customer service is here. Anytime I’ve come and I needed help. Troy was a great help, trey has always been of service when I need him. Then this morning, jasmine and Matias saw me struggling to put material in my truck due to an injury and they helped me load up my truck. Keep up the good work!

How do I check my order status?

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
