I can drive right up to access my unit. I can open the gate through their phone app and it feels very safe around the property. An overall easy experience in and out every time.

I was having issues with a remote payment on one of my units, and he had me sorted out quickly and smoothly when I walked into the office. I've never had a less than stellar experience at this Extra Space; management and the company as a whole seem to understand their customers and humanize the whole process by empowering and trusting their staff to resolve issues directly. It's not just a box with a monthly rate, it's a place where I can safely store some of my most important things and not feel like a burden when I have an issue. Thanks ES and thank you Anthony! Bring back the long hair, dude!
