  This place and company sucks. Don't be fooled by their low prices, they will charge you for any stupid little thing. You're better off paying $5 more at any neighboring self storage. You've been warned!

  WOW! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! BEWARE! Had a rental reservation for a uhaul and tried to call to confirm it. I told the operator that calls herself a "manager", Michelle that my reservation is for Sunday and gave her my last name. She told me she doesn't have that reservation. I asked her if she is looking at the right date and told her its for Sunday. Then, she gets very offended that I even asked that question and hangs up on me. WHAT?!? It was a simple question. I go to find out she went as far as to even cancel my reservation. I never even spoke to her before in my life. Her attitude and customer service is by far the worst I have ever encountered from any company. I will never give this place my money again and I hope no one else will either.
