Not only did my salesman Emmanuel help us find a great mattress right away, but he also showed us other mattresses to compare. Emmanuel explained everything about the different mattresses in a way that was not pushy, and showed he really cared about helping us. Great experience!

- KMKar MDec 29, 20252.0I like the bed fine, but I initially went in there to buy a mattress for my parents and we tried the one I purchased in person. We were very happy with that one. The one delivered was significantly less firm than the one we tried. It is noticeable, because we sink in it. When I called to check if it was a mistake, I was told it I should just upgrade it. I kept it for myself. I'm younger so a soft bed is okay for me, at the moment, and they don't do refunds. Exchanging it cost money as well for the delivery, so I'll keep this one to see how long it keeps its shape. However, I needed one that my parents can easily get out from and I felt like our patronage wasn't handled with care or full honesty. Went elsewhere for my parents needs. The experience was easy, fast, and pleasant during the purchase, so I won't give them a 1 star.
