  They only email receipt. Rate going up on October 2025. No courtesy reminder of payment due. Cannot pay 2 months ahead of time.

  I had unit in Van Nuys storage and I move out, my due date was Sunday and I empty my storage Monday, I tried call them on the weekend and nobody answered, now they gonna charge for full month, I’m very disappointed with this place, it’s just not fair I had to pay full amount for one more day, I hate greedy corporations, I don’t recommend nobody make any business with this kind of company. Pure trash

  WOW! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! BEWARE! Had a rental reservation for a uhaul and tried to call to confirm it. I told the operator that calls herself a "manager", Michelle that my reservation is for Sunday and gave her my last name. She told me she doesn't have that reservation. I asked her if she is looking at the right date and told her its for Sunday. Then, she gets very offended that I even asked that question and hangs up on me. WHAT?!? It was a simple question. I go to find out she went as far as to even cancel my reservation. I never even spoke to her before in my life. Her attitude and customer service is by far the worst I have ever encountered from any company. I will never give this place my money again and I hope no one else will either.
