  I've had a handful of storage units (mostly drive-up units) at many different locations. So far I've been here at Extra Space Storage for almost 2 years now and I've had a very good experience. Staff members members have all been very kind, very polite, and are very professional and helpful. My favorite part of this facility is the Bluetooth gates (entrance & exit), as well as the Bluetooth lock on my unit door. There's literally no pad lock of any sort, there's no key, it's just as flat as the door itself... (so no chance of any criminals using bolt cutters, or lock picks), thats two HUGE benefits that I don't have to worry about. I highly recommend this location. I'll probably be staying here for a long time (as long as they don't raise the price on me to high... we'll see). 😉

  I appreciate the professionalism, honesty and enthusiasm of my visit today! I definitely recommend this location. I always come here and the employees are more than welcoming not only to me but to others.

  Rosa at Raymer (Van Nuys facility) handled our reservations with speed and professionalism. This was crucial with our time window.

  Well the workers there were pretty cool and friendly and seems like everything was okay but night time is a different story there's multiple people that live there in the units then the workers live above facility upstairs how is it that so many units are getting broken into and the workers literally live right there and don't hear anything I mean my unit was broken into and it's not far from where they're living and these people were there for hours going through my stuff there was a camera right above my unit but however magically doesn't work there's only one camera that does work and it's towards the back and I really think this place needs to be looked into because yes it's in a bad location but there's no way that people keep cutting holes in this fence and are able to pry open our units and steal all the stuff because it just makes no sense to me I called the police they were unable to get in touch with the workers to get any video footage or there was no video footage they said now there is so much stuff of mine taken whoever was would have had to had a vehicle and pull up there's no other way that people are cutting a hole and taking 30 trips through the train tracks and not being seen by cameras or workers they have to be in on it sorry to say it because they seem like pretty cool people but there's just no way sorry not sorry one last thing not even going to lie me and my girlfriend lived in our unit for 3 days and towards the end of those 3 days tell me why we're sitting in our unit and we hear them and they are opening every unit I'm pretty sure in the papers that we signed nowhere in there did it say oh yeah just to let you know our workers will be constantly going through your unit and checking it so I thought that was a little weird pretty sure that's not policy so with that being said people be aware just because it's a corporation or a business there's still people at the end of the day
