- LWLee WooFeb 26, 20261.0Extra Space Self Storage has been an absolute nightmare for my business. I rent office space here and they suddenly began heavy construction on the roof aka where I park. The nonstop jackhammering combined with the loud grinding creates noise that is extremely unbearable and makes any kind of work impossible. Because of all this we now must park out on the street which feels unsafe and adds even more stress to our daily routine. The overall conditions have turned completely unbearable. I will never recommend this location to anyone and urge others to look elsewhere for office space.

The jackhammering and grinding sounds are extremely unbearable. These construction works have forced us to park on the street and the conditions are unbearable. Never rent here, we'll be looking to move soon!

He clearly explained the agreement, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. When I arrived, the facility was extremely clean, well maintained, and organized, which made me feel safe and confident storing my belongings there. Rodrigo was professional, helpful, and efficient, and he made what could have been a complicated process feel simple. I really appreciate how smooth and convenient everything was, and I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for storage.

He spoke down to me, belittled me for no reason, and addressed me as if I were a child. At one point he said, “No, I need to hear you say you won’t do this,” which felt completely inappropriate and condescending. I came in simply to rent a storage unit something I would be paying for, yet he treated the interaction as if I were asking for a home loan. He repeatedly made comments like, “I don’t have to do this. I don’t have to give you the first month free promotion if I don’t want to,” which came across as threatening and unprofessional. The entire experience threw me off and left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Customer service should make clients feel valued, not belittled.
