  Aptive Pest Control – Technician: Eli Eli did a great job today. He was thorough, polite, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing. He treated the inside, outside, and garage and explained what he was doing along the way, which I really appreciated. Very professional and respectful of our home. Overall, an excellent experience—thank you, Eli!

  Cody was on time, very friendly as usual, quite thorough as well. Everything was done in a reasonable amount of time and I got my report and pictures of the areas that were treated. We are very happy with Aptive’s service As always

  Always a wonderful experience working with Aptive. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Every encounter with technicians are professional. Love how thorough they are. The best part is the pics and text messages sent at the end of service of what they’ve done. That’s the best. 🫶🏼✨👌🏼🙏

  Total Scam – Aptive Environmental is Predatory and Completely Ineffective Stay far away from Aptive Environmental. They are thieves who lock you into an expensive, useless contract and make it impossible to escape. I've been paying $100 a month since June 2025, and seven months later (January 2026), my house is still overrun with ants and spiders. Zero improvement. Their treatments simply do not work. One time, after a technician supposedly completed the service, I walked into my backyard and saw that literally nothing had been touched. All the thick spider webs covering my pergola were exactly as they were before, not a single web knocked down. I had to call them immediately, and they sent someone else out days later. They've no-showed twice without any notification, yet they charged me full price for those months anyway. When I asked for a refund for services they never provided, they refused outright, no credit, no apology. The only bright spot in this entire nightmare is one technician named Paul. He's the single positive person in the whole company, thorough, professional, and actually does a good job. Everyone else has been unreliable or ineffective. To top it all off, if you try to cancel, they hit you with a $200 cancellation fee. It's a trap designed to keep draining your money while delivering nothing. Aptive is predatory, unreliable, and their product is worthless. Save yourself the headache and money. Worst pest control experience of my life.

  We really appreciated our technicians message before he arrived as well as gis message when he was done detailing what ge did. Also we greatly appreciated the pictures he sent showing services he performed. Well done, we are very pleased and hope the quality type of this service continues in the future.
