- ABAlexander BFeb 26, 20261.0I'm sure they're service is fine but if they mess up I wouldn't expect accountability, I got into a car accident with one of their company cars last year and had yet to hear back. I inquired with my insurance and no one ever answered their phone and when I called the company I was given phone after phone number and finally was able to give them all the info and they said someone wanted to come and take pictures. I never got a follow up from that ever again and my car is still a mess.

I don’t understand, what can you trade besides mosquitoes. He even told me that he can give me a good price if I want to pay extra for the mosquitoes. I told him that I ams being tricked, and want to cancel the service. He did not do any treatment today.

- AHAmra HajdarevicFeb 10, 20261.0BE AWARE of how this company operates. Canceling your account is intentionally made difficult. There is NO OPTION to cancel through the app or website—you are forced to call customer service. Calls are outsourced to India and their communication is difficult as you try to understand what they're saying, while representatives attempts multiple times to get you lower fee and push you to 'verbally agree' to an additional charge. Only after this process do they inform you of a $199 cancellation fee. The entire experience feels designed to discourage cancellation and extract extra fees. Do not use this company! I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau so others are aware!
