While The guy that came out and sprayed did a good job. He was not supposed to be here that day when I checked your System to make sure I didn’t have an appointment because if I did, I was going to reschedule, your system said we don’t have you on the schedule. and I can send you a screensho. So he was not supposed to be here and I can’t remember how you guys purchased but if it’s by visit that visit needs to come off because your system made a mistake. Your service has been great, but I wanted to talk to the person before they sprayed to make sure we were taking care of any possible tick infestation.. So it’s just all a big mess and I’m a little bit. Frustrated about it..

Door to door sales pitches I understand. The hard sell at someone’s house, standing on their porch, disregarding a posted no solicitation sign is a disgusting display of business. Speak to your salespeople you have walking around the neighborhoods you want business in, and maybe have them learn how to speak to people effectively. Opening the door to my home, I was met with a “I take it you’re the one in charge here.”

Well I have only had one service so far but I’m very happy. Alejandro talked with me prior to my service (he was not the salesperson-he was the service technician) and asked what my specific issues were and explained what he was going to do. He answered all of my questions and sent me multiple pictures documenting his service. Very professional and I’m pleased.

Approve send Gage Wilson knocked on my door and said we are working with your Neihbor we can spray control all pest in your house . I said thanks I don’t want it he said we charge $199 we give you discount today only $99 I said please I don’t want it . He said I’ll do it for $40 first time . Since he was a young boy I was like ok just pay that $40 for one time so he can make some commission . Then he asked my for my name ph# address and says sign here on the tablet . I said I don’t want to sign any agreement . He said I’ll be back in 1HR do one time for $40 service. Then he called me we are coming tomorrow . Today 2 guys came and says sign the agreement then we service . I said I’ve told Gage I’m not signing agreement he ok then we can’t serve one time . Waisted a lots of my time for no reason. Very dishonest company not standing on their word of their employees promising clients.

Met Tyler at the door canvassing my neighborhood promising to eradicate problem pests. I explained as a past customer I had been disappointed in the products effectiveness for mosquitoes, but was reassured the company had reformulated their product this year due to customer complaints. I decided to re-sign up and give them another go. Another employee was servicing the neighborhood and was able to get to my property that afternoon and serviced my yard, thoroughly from front gutter to back fence! Things were looking good. However, a little more than an hour later my wife and I decided to have dinner on our back patio and we had to cut it short because we both still were being bitten so badly. My only request from the beginning has been KILL ALL THE MOSQUITOES!!!! They haven’t yet.
