I had confirmed online that they closed at 10pm that day, and I arrived at 8:52pm. They not only changed the hours on the door to say they would close at 9pm, they were already locked up. I knew I would be in and out within 5 minutes, so I was rather annoyed and ended up going to the competition. This is not a restaurant. There was no reason for these employees to be in such a hurry that they needed to lock up so early. Business hours are business hours. Stick to them. Especially in the corporate world.
