- TTToby TayehMay 14, 20251.0You know I've always been about trying to shop local and you know I came here thinking that I was helping the local Community by shopping local Pearson's being a store the in our community several locations in different cities my biggest mistake was coming here and not going to a big box store they sold me a defective item and even with the insurance that I put on the extended warranty they have been to my house at least 15 times to work on our oven the oven has been defective since the first week that we bought it and we have been dealing with kicking the can down the road ever since I tell you now and I tell you very firmly stay the away from Pearson's Appliance they don't care about their customers all they care about is selling you defective products stay away from this place go to the big box stores they treat you better
