The associate Katrina who assisted us was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She gave us multiple options that we could customize now and even after our purchase. When assembling the sectional we noticed it was missing 2 covers, I contacted their customer service line. The apologized and sent them within 2 days. I look forward to future purchases. We love our sectional!
