I contacted the Fairfield store and they said to keep calling or I can drive to the store. Called the 800 number and was told that I would receive a response in 48-72 hours. Not the type of service I would want to be known for. I would like to be clear that the service provided by the service technician Rudy at our home was excellent. Too bad the store didn’t care more about customer service.

My husband went to the store today feeling frustrated and left really happy. They are going to exchange the pump for a bigger one this week with no extra charge. Amazing customer service.
