Took it in to have it serviced it was making a weird noise as it shut down. They explained it was a seal and filter inside the bottom that degrades over time and gave me a price to fix that, clean it out, sanitize it, AND relubricate it. SAVED US OVER $300 if we had given up on it and gotten a new one! It runs like it's brand new now we are so happy with the quality of work, the friendliness of the people AND it was even ready a day earlier than expected! We are going to them for this from now on, they are the people to go to for us!
