From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely professional and welcoming. The store representatives, Tiffany and Jessica Hall, along with in-store manager Grant, went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and helped me find a storage unit that fit those needs perfectly. The tour of the facility was smooth and informative. The property itself was very clean, well-maintained, and organized, which gave me confidence that my belongings would be stored in a safe and secure environment. The team was patient, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all my questions. Another great part of the experience was the excellent pricing. Their rates were very competitive, and the staff clearly explained all the options so I could choose what worked best for me. Overall, the customer service was outstanding. Tiffany, Jessica, and Grant truly made the experience pleasant and easy from start to finish.
