I called back and was told a driver would come tomorrow between 12 and 4 pm. I said no. I will not reschedule my time for a Lowe's mistake. I was told to place the packages out side for the driver. I put them outside.

I had problems getting a refund because the cashier that rang up my merchandise did not input them correctly so they did not show up on my receipt. Also I was not at the cash register the entire time because he dropped a bottle of my soap and the contents spilled on the floor so I left to get another bottle. The Union City store treated me like a thief. On my receipt there was documentation of only 1 of the seven door handles I purchased. I am going to make every effort to never shop at Lowes again. There's Ace Hardware, Outdoor Supply, Ashby Lumber, Economy Lumber and Home Depot. These stores will get my hard earned money. Loser Lowes will not add to my woes.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
