- CAChristina AlexanderApr 25, 20261.0I went in initially on the 4/17 to return a product I asked the person at customer service if I could get help with a fountain I purchased and needed better adhesive to hold the top she said they didn't have anyone and pointed to ailse 4 and said I would find what I needed , unfortunately it didnt hold and fell yesterday to asked for the store manager got an assistant store manager he explained what I purchased was the strongest and I could ask for an appeasement I got upset however I said it was ok I would go to home depot which I did, the gentlemen there helped me find what I needed to help fix my fountain top which I really appreciated, sometimes DIY takes initiative from someone willing to assist to help , lowes do better

When they finally show up a guy named paul was trying to make us move to load another customer, we had been waiting for 30 mins this customer just showed up. Not to mention the guy Zea (guy with crappy forearm tattoos and Hawaiian shirt) showed up with an attitude to load with some guy named josh. Both tried saying it was busy but sure didnt look like it when i was walking back and forth trying to get loaders.

What stood out most was his patience—he never rushed us or tried to push a sale. Instead, he listened, guided, and helped us make sense of what would actually work best for our needs. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine and knowledgeable. Lowe’s truly has a golden employee here. When my wife and I come back to purchase our refrigerator, we will absolutely be asking for Ramsin. Highly recommend seeking him out if you’re in the store!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
