    ***Shocked to see so many horrible experiences here by everyone leaving “1 star” like I’m about to review….**** Makes you appreciate HOME DEPOT that much more because of all these complaints…. Where do I start: FIRST AND FOREMOST, MY DAD WENT INTO THIS LOWES On Thursday 19th,2026; supervisors, management , and whoever else claimed that they were “in charge…” failed to give my DAD the help and proper “professional service,” that as a “Lowes” credit card holder, or quite simply….. a CUSTOMER deserves!!! Instead of sharing and going into the exact details of my DADs horrible experience here, I’m going to contact the regional manager/upper management not only about the stores refusal to not “exchange/return” a valid defective and malfunction “ao smith water heater”, but the classless, clueless incompetence of the “managers/supervisors/fill in supervisor/temp supervisor/ or the “random person left in charge when the “manager in charge is gone for the day” have no idea how to give proper customer service. BUT, BUT I can say the LADIES IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA ARE INDEED THE NICEST PEOPLE AND TRIED THEIR VERY BEST TO MAKE MY DAD HAPPY AND DEESCALATE THE SITUATION KNOWINGLY HOW THE “management failed” to give proper service to my DAD! Long story short, Any water heater you buy here at lowes, you have 48hours to return it for a full refund! Read the reviews of the ao smith water heaters! Millions of negative reviews for the same exact thing my DAD complained about: faulty coils,faulty, elements etc etc and were professionals when it comes to this stuff so refusing to make this right, resulted in this review, closure of our “lowes” business credit card and going to HOME DEPOT FROM NOW ON!

    Awesome customer service. Even though lady at front desk seemed to be busy, she helped me find out what I was looking for. A gentleman also helped me locate the right product I needed that day!

    DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!! We ordered a freezer and the delivery driver delivered to the wrong address…the wrong address is shown on the house on the proof of delivery photo. Also there is no delivery address placed on the item so if someone incorrectly receives it there’s no way to tell who it was actually for. Also the BIGGEST ISSUE: you PAY Lowe’s to deliver to your house but if the delivery company messes up Lowe’s tells you too bad it’s your problem now we don’t handle the delivery we use DoorDash and makes you contact the delivery company. Yet you paid Lowe’s… Lowe’s uses their company account to deliver.. this is so dumb. Do not I repeat DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!! PS I’ve had this happen at Pet Supplies Plus where the deliver went to the wrong address and the store fixed the issue, as they should since the delivery was through them. And they did an amazing job. So it’s just Lowe’s that sucks.
