- VLVerenice Lopez3 days ago1.0My parents went earlier today and after asking for assistance from an employee the manager walked up to my parents and she became very disrespectful towards them yelling at them. A person who speaks to customers that way should not be working in an environment that requires speaking with people. We did get the name of the manager so we will be speaking to someone about it.

I just got notification that it got delivered walking up I can still hear my dog bark and the package is nowhere to be found. Even with the picture they took. Now I’m calling and no one wants to take responsibility. I just want my package like why do they need a tile cutter!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
