- AKAsh KingFeb 22, 20261.0Drove over an hour to pick up some specific generators to solve a last minute problem for our business. Spent over 10k between 2 orders and processed everything online so the order would be ready to go when I got to Lowe's. Quick in and out for them and me. Unfortunately I arrived about 5 minutes after close, because their hours online say they close at 10pm, but apparently they close at 9pm. This is on me for not calling, but my order is also right there at the front door. The first employee wouldn't even talk to me to hear out my situation. Finally another employee comes over and also refused to make any consideration for our situation. The order was already paid for, and ready up front. They refused to make any consideration to let me leave with the order. Our business spends thousands here throughout the year, and I think I've learned my lesson that these workers simply do not care about any of their customers regardless of how much business they bring Lowe's. No exceptions, not even for 5 minutes and 10K. Wild. . .

A lot of them pretend to look real busy and I get that if I'm the boss, but as a customer, they should take the time to ask if we need help. That's my only gripe about it. Otherwise, great store

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
