  The store experience has always been great. The staff at the store are very helpful and friendly. I scheduled and paid for an appointment to have my equipment checked out by one of their pool service guys. I received a call from the service department and scheduled an appointment today and explicitly told them I wouldn't be home until after 2:30pm. I was told that wouldn't be a problem. The guy shows up to my house at 8:00am. There was a note on my door to reschedule another appointment. So I called the number to reschedule or to have them come out the next day since it was their mistake to only be told that the earliest date would be the end of next week. Meanwhile the customer service representative gives me attitude on the phone because I wanted to ensure that they would come during the time that I tell them I will be available. It's very frustrating to be told one thing and then be punished for the mistake of theirs, and given attitude because I want to be sure they will come when I tell them I'm available. This is a bad way to conduct business and after this I will no longer be using Leslie's service to assist In my pools needs. The only reason it is 3 stars is the service at the store otherwise it would be a 1 star.

  The two females that worked Saturdays are rude. Treating me like I was selling them something. I'm never going to Tulare for my pool needs again . visalia stores are much more professional.
