If there was a negative star I would choose that regarding customer service and delivery/installation when purchasing online. WILL NEVER ORDER APPLIANCES FROM LOWE'S AGAIN! Ordered a stacked washing machine to replace an existing stacked washing machine, existing dryer will remain. 1st delivery they refused to install machine stating the pipes were rusty. If I could attach images it would show pipes were pristine. They left the new machine in the rain and the existing machines out of its place in the middle of the walkway blocking access to the bathroom and bedroom. Contacted customer service and they were somewhat helpful saying they will reach out to the delivery service and have them return to pick up the new unit and put the existing units back into place allowing access to the bathroom and bedroom. No one reached out, no one came back, had to ask a neighbor to help push existing units back into place. Didn't hear from anyone for days. Contacted customer service again and the agent this time ordered a new unit to replace the one left outside and set up another delivery causing a 2nd day needing to miss work for this with nothing but a "I apologize for the inconvenience." Delivery team came for the 2nd time and refused to install the washing machine saying they will not stack the existing unit onto the new unit. Nothing in Lowes delivery states this. Contacted lowes and was on the phone for 1 hour trying to resolve the issue. With them stating that new stacking brackets have to be purchased after 2 years or they won't install it. Nothing in Lowe's delivery/installation says that. They require a new hose system which has to be added to the purchase for installation but not brackets. The delivery team took both units, the original and the new replacement, back on the truck before being told to and left without any documentation saying they took the units. Contacted customer service again for documentation stating they took the units so we aren't responsible if they do not return to the warehouse but they said it was against policy to provide that. We ended up returning the purchase due to issue after issue but was told that we will not receive a refund until the unit is back in the warehouse. Since they won't provide that the documentation stating we do not have the units who knows if we will be refunded. We have to wait minimum 24 hours. I will never purchase any items requiring installation at Lowe's again. Costco is much better for installation and customer service will use them for big items from now on.

Do not order online, yet another failure of Lowes. We purchased for a large remodel from indoor to outdoor supplies. And anytime an order was lost, they refused to refund us, even when the Fedex tracking shows it's lost or damaged or delivered to another person. With all that they make you wait for it to be delivered , than they post delivered after Fedex ends the tracking, but shows not delivered to us. And when you contact them you get different stories from different "reps". They keep our money and make it almost impossible to get it back. Then when they finally agree its missing, (2 weks later), they still dont refund you like Home Depot would or Amazon...we are still waiting,even with a case number. F lowes! At this point we will call our bank
