  Ajee helped us find the couch of our dreams. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We’ve waited a long time to make this purchase and she made it the best experience. Highly recommend the sofa and the staff!

  First want to give a shout out to Shannon, one of the best saleswomen I’ve met. She was knowledgeable & knew the answer to all of our questions, was patient, & not at all pushy. She contributed to making the experience a positive feel-good one. We came in for the Sactionals (their sectionals). My wife & I have been to many furniture stores looking for sectionals & didn’t fall in love with any of them. But we fell in love with everything about the Sactionals! To the comfort, linen variety, easy assembly & take down, to the fact that all linens can be machine washed. The only con is of course the price, but everything else makes it worth it. I also appreciate the fact that this is a store you can visit. With so many sofas being sold online it’s nice to be able to try it in person first.

  I came to Lovesac with a unique problem, I wanted to buy a couch for my new apartment, but I didn’t have an apartment picked out yet! Shannon worked with me through the whole process, which involved multiple trips, phone calls and emails, while I took my time picking an apartment, changing the couch layout I wanted multiple times, and then wanted to wait for a sale to get the best possible deal. Shannon was amazing. She continued to work with me, being so patient, even though I didn’t know what I was doing, and always calling me up when a sale was on, and making this process so easy and convenient for me! Thank you Shannon!

  We had such a good experience at the Torrance location in Del Amo. Everyone we worked with was so friendly and helpful. Essence in particular made our purchase an easy and enjoyable process. We had done our research and had a good idea of what we wanted. Essence helped to bring that concept to life. She was so informative and personable. She answered every question and concern. She was straightforward and wonderful to work with. We are so excited to get our Lovesac.
