Super lazy! Cancel deliveries just because they don't want to walk upstairs. Called the store and they admitted it, and basically said to hold my breath until the order gets there! Lowes should move out of California, they don't represent your company well.

Wow! I just got the best customer service, on a rainy day I'll add, from Yaqueline at this Lowe's. (I live in SCV & this was my first time at this location).
She shared my excitement about the work clothes that are for sale, helped me find a random item, and answer my question about applying for the military discount.

Went to Lowe's on saturday and was very satified with my visit. Agustin went above and beyond on helping us on everything that we needed, even went to check to see if there was a product that i was looking for. He was professional and polite every time i asked him a question.
