Manager Amber and sales clerk Destiny were so patient and helpful with a gift card that I got for christmas and was trying to redeem. I think my 88 year old Auntie gave me her old card. I so appreciate the help I got from Drea (store manager) and Rebecca (customer service) today. They assisted in a situation with a microwave that arrived broken. I spent 1.5 hours at the store on hold with Whirlpool trying to resolve the situation. Rebecca helped me locate the serial number and Drea was incredibly helpful when I was at the end of my rope.
