However the guaranteed timeline was not met or honored by the salespeople arranging appointments. Scheduling was difficult, as there were limited openings, so I will get my sofa sleeper after it’s needed, not because it wasn’t ready in time to meet the deadline- the issue is with scheduling and delivering. Super disappointed.

After purchase there was zero communication or updates from Lazy Boy. We had to call them to find out what’s going on after 6 weeks. Now they tell us it’s not going to arrive until late January. Person on the phone didn’t really even care about the bind they put us in. Needed the new sofa to accommodate guests for holiday party. I would never have ordered it if I knew it wouldn’t arrive on time, but now I’m stuck with it since they don’t allow refunds after 3 days after purchase. Really disappointed - would not recommend. They totally dropped the ball at every available opportunity.
