They are not telling me what they want me to do, just keep billing me. I no longer live in the state of California. All they are doing is billing me. Any suggestions from people on line. - TSTom SlickFeb 17, 20262.0The storage is kept up decently, but with that comes price hikes. I have been there for going on 3 years, and they’ve raised the rate both renewal years. I say renewal years, because I paid for the storage for the year, not monthly. Yet I am still getting hit by price increases both renewal years, and no discount for paying up front. I’d encourage customers to research into storage companies and their practices before moving your belongings into a longer term storage. +$3,000.00 a year is ridiculous for a garage sized storage, that is climbing closer to $4k, annually.
