I also worked here for a christmas season. They definitely give back to the community with the number of guys that come here for winter work and often their first real job! ( that was several years ago so not sure if this new generation likes to work much) but JB and Christine are awesome and definitely knowledgable about all of their plants. Support local business and shop at their new spot!

Deep Roots is the epitome of American small business: passionate, hard-working, and family oriented. JB and the team are supremely knowledgeable about all kinds of plants from all over the world, and he settles for nothing less than the highest quality available. During the holiday season, they bring in on refrigerated trucks the most beautiful Christmas trees you will ever see and smell. I had the pleasure of being A seasonal employee for a few years and it was my most cherished job I’ve ever had, they treated me and others like family. Let this review be your deciding factor and avoid Home Depot and Lowe’s and all those incompetent chain stores and treat yourself to the best of the South Bay and beyond! Truly a stellar business.

I left with the most beautiful Christmas tree and a smile that lasted the whole drive home. I picked up my tree late last week, and it has completely brightened my house. It’s fresh, full, and has that amazing Christmas scent that makes you want to turn on festive music immediately. Their trees always last so long, and this one is already perfect. The service was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and ready to help me find the tree I had pictured. They loaded it onto my car so carefully, even adding a piece of cardboard underneath to protect my roof and securing everything to make sure it made it home safely. Such a thoughtful touch. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience feel effortless and fun. They also have a great variety of indoor plants and succulents, so I’m excited to come back soon. Five stars without hesitation. If you’re looking for a beautiful Christmas tree and a genuinely pleasant experience, this is the place to go!
