- DRDana RitterNov 27, 20211.0Brought in a dress with a side slit to have them sew it up a few more inches, and also add a clasp to the top of the back zipper. Went to pick it up 1 week later and they had a hard time finding my dress in the order pickup area, turns out it was still up in the alterations department. Once it was found, they let me know that the clasp couldn’t be added, not a big deal but I wanted a refund for that part since I was charged for it. Luckily they refunded me for the whole order, because I returned home and the slit hadn’t been sewn up either. It’s like they didn’t even touch the dress the entire week, which is probably why it was still up in the alterations department. Definitely won’t be going back to Nordstrom for any alterations.
