I called to ask for help at how to remove the stains and they told me that was normal wear and tear! The customer service rep.was rude and never tried to resolve my problem . I was shocked because the chairs were expensive but were obviously made cheaply... not worth half the money. I would caution ordering from them if you want good customer service and quality furniture.
