  Tony provided excellent, personable service to me. I called him yesterday with an issue and he found a solution immediately. Very trustworthy and conscientious guy. Called back when he said he would and researched an appropriate substitute part for my discontinued model of faucet. Very happy with Pacific Sales. Beautiful, clean, well-run store with friendly, knowledgeable employees.

  I had a great experience working with this company. Annel and Brandon were so knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me to the appliances and faucet that met all my needs. Susan was also super friendly with the financial piece. Highly recommend working with them.

  Short review: Clean store, nice and helpful staff, painless/hassless check out The very long review: Our washer died on us and had to find a replacement. After lot of research online, we had several options noted down to look at(with one we were strongly leaning towards)and wanted to look at them in person if possible. Luckily, they had all the models we were wanting to look at all in one location! We were greeted by all the staff that weren't currently helping other customers upon walking in and Annel, a sales rep who was free at the time, approached us offering to help us find exactly what we were looking for in their store. After we had told her what we were looking for and which unit we were leaning towards, she asked us a few questions about how often we generally did laundry and what size bedding we would be washing in order to determine if the units we were looking at were indeed a good match for our needs and we were happy to find out we were spot on in our research. She showed us the unit we were leaning towards and tried to walk us through the features but we kind of already knew about most of the units features and asked her if she knew if the unit was a gen2 or newer model or not and she said it is and proceeded to show us the differences on the unit itself. After that we were decided on that unit, she had the order placed for us in no time, then told us we could go to the front desk to checkout or we could continue to browse the store if we wished to. The front desk was slightly busy at the time so we went back to look at the unit a bit more and checked the door seal and how the turbo wash function was built into it. After about 5 minutes or so Susan at the front desk was free to check us out. Had a qucik question about the extended warranty that she was able to promptly answer and had us quickly checked out after! All in all, recommend coming to this store for all your major appliance needs!

  The associate, Steve Douglas, understood what we were looking for in a black porcelain cooktop and and was able to look for the alternatives quickly enough that we were able to make the selection and purchase all in one visit. Now we just have wait for it to come in.
