  We are remodeling our home and went to Pacific Sales in search or a new kitchen sink and accessories, as well as a new toilet. We were greeted by Devin Nykiel. He asked if we needed help and we said we were just looking. He was very polite and gave us our space. After some time we knew we needed help because we had many questions. Devin was beyond helpful and extremely knowledgeable of the various products. We were not really ready to make any final decisions but due to his through presentation, without any pressure, we purchased everything we needed and felt confident with what we purchased.m if that wasn’t enough, when he took us to Mary to check us out we found someone who was extremely polite and helpful in helping us choose what the best option was for purchasing the products. I give Devin and Mary both an A+++++.

  In today’s world of diminishing customer service across most industries imagine my surprise when I was treated so respectfully and professionally by the staff at Pacific Sales. Alyssa knew all her products like the back of her hand and clearly answered all my questions. Mary at the credit desk was equally as on top of it. Due to our locked credit report we spent a lot of time with Mary. However, in spite of the situation Mary kept her upbeat personality and helped us resolve the issue. It is so great to have a positive experience to report. I strongly recommend stopping by Pacific Sales because I know you will have an experience like mine.

  My husband and I spent hours searching in Home Depot, Lowe’s, and several other appliance stores but none of them compared to the prices, feasibility, and service at Pacific kitchen & home! When we first went into see what they offered the staff greeted us, offered us waters, and let us independently tour the showroom. Speaking of…. that showroom is gorgeous!! It is nice to see a collection of top brands like Viking & Speed Queen while also seeing more budget friendly/household brands like GE & Whirlpool. Our sales associate Travis was fantastic - laid back and patient with us. We asked straight forward questions and he answered all of them - without the typical “salesman” hassle. He encouraged us to go back and check other models, gave us time to make decisions, provided space for us to have private conversations, and was never rushing or pushing us to anything. 10/10 we will be going back to Travis for future home appliance needs! Also, the associate Mary that checked us out was unbelievably sweet! She even offered us cold waters while we shopped around 🤗 Mary is very down to earth and explained the protection plan, delivery service, and policy clearly! Yes we found our fridge! It was the exact same model we saw in several other appliance stores (Lowe’s, home depo, etc) for hundreds cheaper! We also get to have it delivered & installed for 40$ flat. Plus we have officially found our house appliance sales team for life. We appreciate you both Travis & Mary! - the Walkers
