We purchased a bathroom vanity/sink and paid for the installation. Extremely poor communication from the beginning - after 3 weeks of trying to get the installation scheduled (including having a Lowe’s contracted construction company coming out to do measurements), I was told that there wasn’t a code in their system to do the installation after all and there was nothing they could do.
I spoke to about 5 different associates before knowing they couldn’t do the installation and they all told me something different - and at the end of the day - it couldn’t be done. Professionalism and customer service is non-existent at this store and I will not shop here again.
