  Purchased lift recliner for my husband about to have surgery. It was delivered in 5 days. My sales associate - Marissa, at the Temecula showroom was great to work with! Delivery was very smooth and 2 men moved the old chair up to the barn. They were very nice and informative, showed my husband how the chair operates. My husband loves it! I definately recommend Lazy Boy!! Thank you!

  The location in Temecula, CA has been our go to for years now. They always have a welcome showroom and Designers. We were approach right away by Marissa Larriva and asked we we needed help. We happen to be looking for two new recliners for Family room. She informed us of different types and pointed out types that where similarly same as what we currently have. We took our time she checked in on us for further questions from time to time. Perfectly helpful, made a few suggestions. We ended up with two Belmont power recliners. Be aware some are made new and no stock in warehouse. We don't mind to wait 10 weeks or less for beautiful chairs. Belmont had great lumbar control & head adjustment on remote. We went with battery pack as we have chairs in middle of room. Thanks for a great product and assistance.

  Terrible service in every regard. Cancelled order due to product damage reported prior to delivery. Requested refund of one payment for product. I was told the refund couldn't be processed because of company processing policy unitl that was completed and that I'd have to return to store once notified. Lazy Boy has had my money for 11 days already and no time frames was given to me as to when I might see my money. Incredibly bad system.

  Sales Associate Demond was outstanding! Answered any and all questions! Excellent product knowledge and thorough explanation of technical aspects. Provided detailed product features and benefits of material differences! Bought a great recliner and sofa!
