  Just rented a unit for my Mom and Corey was friendly, informational and helpful in picking out the right unit for her. Heard of the great reviews and just want to add to those reviews. Prices are locked in for a year while other places I've been in usually increase them after 3-6 months

  Kammie is wonderful to deal with and made our experience so much easier. The regional manager, Shantae, was also quit exceptional in dealing with. I have been a customer for 10 years and will continue to be due to their customer service. Great job ladies.

  We recently moved into Butterfield after 13 years at another facility. The kindness and hospitality of the staff has been amazing. From day one of calling they have been helpful and answered any questions we had. The facility is so well maintained and nice. We are very happy we choose to move here.

  I rented from you since about 2009 in a couple different units. Each experience was great! Staff was always helpful and friendly. When I had to go in the office the staff was very accommodating.
