Loved the old school customer service. He even showed me where there might be some on clearance. Will be back with my rewards coupon.

They were very kind and patient but what stood out was how thoughtful they were to make sure the chair was fully wrapped and protected so it would stay clean during delivery! At the time of purchase, I was clearly informed that the mattress could be returned if needed. Based on this assurance, I decided to proceed with the purchase. However, when I later attempted to return the mattress, my request was refused without a clear or reasonable explanation. Additionally, the customer service I received—especially from the manager I spoke with yesterday—was unprofessional and disappointing. The communication was inconsistent, and the promises made at the time of purchase were not honored. I was specifically told by an employee that returning the mattress would not be an issue, and I was even provided with a phone number to confirm this. Unfortunately, when I followed up, I was given conflicting information, and the return was denied. This experience has left me feeling misled and dissatisfied. Customers should be able to rely on the information provided at the time of purchase, and this level of inconsistency is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this store. I am giving this location a one-star rating. Very disappointing.
