I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the misinformation provided by the staff at this location. I returned an online purchase (originally paid via gift card) and was explicitly told by online support that I would receive a gift card refund.
Instead, the store staff made a phone call and insisted on issuing in-store credit. When I questioned this, I was told—incorrectly—that "store credit is the same as a gift card." This is intentionally misleading. After waiting 30 minutes in-store, I was further told that gift card purchases can only be refunded as in-store credit, which the online team has since confirmed is false.
I am now stuck with hundreds of dollars in restricted credit due to poor training and contradictory policies. I would advise online shoppers to be very careful with how this location handles returns.

Ordered item online, a day ago for an item that’s in stock…. Tell me why my order has not been fulfilled and when I call to try and speak with someone placed on hold forever. So long that I’m sitting here writing this review while I’m on hold… you all complain that you want to increase revenue but cannot fulfill orders or even provide basic customer service? I’m about to cancel my order and buy from Home Depot. FYI my order is not some small item either…. SMH
