- MHMin Huang2 days ago1.0I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the misinformation provided by the staff at this location. I returned an online purchase (originally paid via gift card) and was explicitly told by online support that I would receive a gift card refund. Instead, the store staff made a phone call and insisted on issuing in-store credit. When I questioned this, I was told—incorrectly—that "store credit is the same as a gift card." This is intentionally misleading. After waiting 30 minutes in-store, I was further told that gift card purchases can only be refunded as in-store credit, which the online team has since confirmed is false. I am now stuck with hundreds of dollars in restricted credit due to poor training and contradictory policies. I would advise online shoppers to be very careful with how this location handles returns.

I’m about to cancel my order and buy from Home Depot. FYI my order is not some small item either…. SMH

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
