- MMMike MuMar 18, 20262.0Love the location since I frequent Costco often. The gate system is good since it is app and bluetooth enabled for easy entry. I love not having to waste time filling out paperwork in person and all the other stuff usually associated with rentals. I did it all online and just showed up and my unit was ready for me. Didn't need to talk to anyone. I gave it only 2 stars because of rats. They started chewing up stuff in my storage. Talking dish soap, toilet paper, water bottles, brand new oil extractor in box. Also leaving a mess, which I have to clean up. Not to mention poop. That reduces its appeal. They are going in between crawl spaces between units that apparently have food or they just come in and out as they please somehow. I've ordered some rat traps, but honestly I don't know if they'll work. So far they just left paw-prints on some sticky traps. If I don't catch them soon, I'm switching out once my pre-paid lease is over.
