  Our rent is going up in price without any notice. Look like they are doing it to everyone. Not sure why, but my wife and I will not be staying with this storage vendor. We are looking for a new one right now. Our rent increased from 225 to almost 400/mo!

  They are raising our prices out of nowhere. I will be switching soon. Everyone beware. Prices are going up - looks like I am the second customer of trunk space storage in stockton, who's price is doubling. That's right, our rent has doubled.

  Check your emails. They’re attempting to double my rate while offering new customers cheaper pricing than what I’ve paid for months. Meanwhile, they advertise a “sparkling clean, well-maintained facility.” That claim is flat-out false. I have an indoor unit, yet the building regularly smells like urine. There are times you can’t even walk the hallways because unhoused individuals are living inside the facility. Raising prices while allowing these conditions isn’t premium storage — it’s deceptive advertising. I would not recommend this location to anyone expecting safety, cleanliness, or honesty.

  Marissa has made the transition from going from public storage to trunk space so easy and helpful, I was ready to move because it felt shady the way it was a new name from one day to the next but because of her patience and ability to explain in detail how the transition is going we will be staying for now.
