- BABinayak AcharyaJul 2, 20231.0I used to duplicate key for door lock. The key did not open the lock rather go stock in the lock. I have to change the entire lock spent almost $100.00. I called minute key's 800 number. They refunded me the money along with a big SORRY for the issue which I believe is not enough. They should pay for my lock replacement. That say the machine works at 100% accuracy which is hard to believe after the incident with me.
