- BIBOSS LADY BROOKLYN CHAMPAGNE SAID IT.3 days ago5.0I came over to Extra Space Storage in Stanton when my unit was broken into at a different facility unrelated to Extra Space Storage. II went through a lot of Changes with Extra Space Storage Things constantly changing there. The changes made were to protect us better. To protect our most valuables big or small. I got a call one day from the office one day and I let it go to VM. I checked my VM and she was very calm but instructed me that it was an urgent matter. In a panic, I decided to drive there right away and not call. My unit was broken into Jessica said. She walked with me to my unit and before I got to my unit, my anxiety was lifted With just a few words Jessica said to me while walking to my unit. Those words were clear cut direction on how to handle the situation. Pointing out the cameras and informing me of other security measures that his facility has in place. When I got to my unit, I smiled. 2 people tried and were unsuccessful in accessing my unit. They tried really hard to get in there. I was unable to view the footage and I tried to. before walking to my unit. She offered to relocate my unit and a few other things. Not only did I stay at this facility but I never switched my unit either. I have a 5 X 5 unit there now for quite some time. I posted this part before. I PAY 5 BUCKS A MONTH. This facility is always making changes. Those changes are for us. Not for them, not for their office, FOR US! Finally a company who puts us first. Call them and ask them for yourself. RXTRA SPACE STORAGE IN STANTON, CA. WHERE THE STAFF MEMBERS AREN'T CONSTANTLY CHANGING BUT CHANGES ARE MADE TO THE FACILITY. ALL FOR US.
