  Came into the facility to get quotes and see units. I had such a great experience with both Mackenzie and Eliana with having left with all the information, and feel completely confident with storing my personal belongings. I look forward to the service and products that this storage facility has to offer. The staff upon signing a lease and the entire process seemed very seamless and stress-free.

  Manny & Eliana were incredibly helpful and friendly. Both were very knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions I had. The facility is very secure and very well priced. I would highly recommend!

  Even though the Spring Valley location wasn’t the right fit for us due to the distance — we ended up getting a unit at the Golden Circle location - I still wanted to leave a review because Eliana Rodriguez deserves the recognition. Knowing we were likely going to choose a different location, she still took the time to walk us through the different unit sizes to help us figure out exactly what we needed. She was warm, helpful, and genuinely attentive throughout our visit. The service here is exactly what you’d hope for - no pressure, just honest and friendly assistance. If you’re in the area and need storage, don’t hesitate. The experience with Eliana alone would have kept us as customers if location weren’t a factor.

  Getting set up with Jamacha Point was smooth and easy. Aaron and Eliana were professional and made things simple and straightforward. Definitely recommend!
