  Zero if I can. Wouldn’t recommend anything from la z boy. They may be good at sales but good luck after that. No accountability on claims. High prices on repairs even with warranty. Furniture repair services are rude and negligent. Never buy again.

  La-Z-Boy used to mean a quality product, contacted store several times who referred me to customer service that does not answer the phone, it appears warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on

  Nice furniture, horrible customer service. My 92 year old father bought a chair there and asked for armrest covers. The salesman said there would be a charge (we did not see a sample) and they would be mailed to him, and the charge was $90 ($40 per cover, plus $10 shipping.) When we received them, instead of armrest covers that fit over the arm, they were 16x 16" squares of the fabric. I have never received this type of "covers" EVER when I ordered from a good furniture store - I have always received the type that fit over the arm. These loose pieces of material won't even stay put. My father drove up to La-Z-Boy and tried to return them, only to be told by the staff that they were on commission and only the SALESMAN who he dealt with would help him, or the manager Mr. Hollingsworth. Neither were there, so my very-upset father returned home. I called and wrote to Mr. Hollingsworth, and he called and said that La-Z-Boy refused to take them back and because they were a "custom order" and could not returnable. He was gracious but unfortunately of no help. I am so disappointed and sad that my senior citizen father is out almost $100 for these two pieces of material. I plan to turn them into the Better Business Bureau and will probably end up in small claims court. Perhaps La-Z-Boy tied the manager's hands and he had to give us the "standard answer", and if that's the case I am sorry he works for such a sub-par national employer. An employer who does not allow a manager to "manage" and take care of his customers in a fair way should not be in business. Businesses are about relationships. My father is now out almost $100 which is a huge amount of money for him. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHAME ON THEM.
