Buyer awareness!! Prior to purchasing anything with warranty please ensure there is a service technicians in your area that can do the warranty repair, we bought extended warranty on an appliance that we have had for just over a year and have had to jump through hoops to get it repaired! Yes we could have "returned the unit and have it replaced but what happens if the same issue were to occur again in year? We werent about to find out!! Please ask questions and make sure all "What if" are asked and answered and get it in writing!

Had a great experience purchasing a mattress and dresser. I had questions about the mattress and they were all answered. Delivery was easy to track, so I didn't have to worry about missing it.

They need to offer lower stars for these kinds of experiences.
We ordered a fridge online, got a call from Fartah and the excuse that the website had not updated and they'd have to delay the delivery.
Cool, stuff happens.
Now day of delivery his delivery drivers show up, look at the driveway and drive off.
No phone call, no alert, just silence.
Then we call and are told the driveway was deemed unsafe.
That would normally be totally fine, we had ice and snow last night and it was a week up and down for weather.
But this is already a week later, this is after we already accepted a delay and it took us reaching out to the store to get updated.
Its just tiring customer service, fartah was rude, consistently deferring blame to anyone but himself or the store and constantly repeating the same thing about driver safety.
As for the ice, its canada, we usually get used to it if we grow up in it and we would've happily busted some up or cleared a path or ANYTHING had we received any sort of communication. Instead of the fridge we expected we got disappointment and the lowest rung of customer service.
We asked for a refund and we're again told the onus was on us as fartah refused to help in any way, we asked for a simple phone number and he refused to help, he refused to do anything that used to be considered customer service, we will happily go to another store in yorkton just used to love the brick.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
