    Shady Pricing, Hidden Rules. ​I am incredibly disappointed and feel completely ripped off after my first—and last—experience with The Brick. ​I went in to buy a sofa bed. I tested a similar model, and the sales associate assured me the one I was buying would feel exactly the same. Since I have a comertial discount rate I was directed to a corporate rate representative. Within less than 3 days, the price of the sofa suddenly jumped from $1,239 to al $1520 price. It felt incredibly suspicious, as if they artificially jacked up the price the moment they knew I had a corporate discount just to limit my savings and maximize their profit, at least this is how I fealt. ​On top of that, the rep recommended me to buy a 3-year warranty for an extra $169,(around that) claiming it would cover me if anything went wrong. He completely failed to mention that the purchase was FINAL SALE. To make matters worse, staff members can't even keep their stories straight—one told me they don't get commission on corporate/comertial rates, while the guy who sold it to me bragged about getting half commission because of my discount. ​When the sofa arrived, it was a complete nightmare. It is inhumanely rigid and hard—impossible to relax or watch a movie on. When I called the store to explain that it does not match what I was promised, they dropped the bomb that I couldn't return it. If I had been told this was a final sale, I obviously never would have bought it. What happened to the "Customer Satisfaction Guarantee"? ​When I escalated the issue to the Operations Manager, her "solution" was to charge me a restocking fee of almost $200, plus another $100 just to pick it up! Losing nearly $300 of my hard-earned money, completely unacceptable, especially in this economy. (I decided to pay someone else to help me bringing the sofa to the store instead) ​They do not accommodate 1st time customers. They have completely lost me as a client. Save your money and go somewhere else that actually values honesty and customer service. Do not buy from here.

    The delivery men were super nice, efficient, explained things and moved everything up 3 flights of stairs. Would 1000% recommend. Just an overall great experience.

    Arrived within the time frame, with excellent customer service. The two polite, efficient young men navigated tricky corners and even removed the furniture from the box and set it up.

    Terrible service. My stuff was delivered wrong and broken, told it’s not their fault and wouldn’t offer anything to fix their issue. Will never recommend or shop here again. If I could put zero stars I would.

    I recently visited The Brick and had a positive experience overall. The store offers a wide variety of furniture, appliances, and home essentials at competitive prices. The staff were helpful and took the time to explain product features without being pushy. I found the quality of the items to be decent for the price range, and there were good deals available. The store was well-organized, making it easy to browse. Delivery and service were smooth as well. Overall, a reliable place to shop for home needs.
