I orderedcl over 3000 in doors and baseboards and materials. Mostly from the betts location but they didn't have the handles and Preston was sending them today. Confirmed and noted delivery for today. So, FedEx calls and says they can't deliver to my adress which is in Corman Park and instead of returning it to the store so they could send it to betts location with my other delivery (which should have been done in the first place!) they tell me theyre sending it theough canada post which is notoriously horrible and much later than today, the day they said it would be delivered. This is the second time in 2 tries I've had a bad experience with rona online and then the customer service that followed until I went into the store and talked to a manager sucked.I wont be doing this again, I've spent over 5000 at Ronas in Saskatoon already with a small deck project and paint, trim and doors project so far. They will not be getting my bathrooms, siding or windows projects because of this which we are planning on spending over 40,000 on renos. Seems to me a company would care to do better than just make people numbers in a messed up system on line then use other companies that are horrible to deliver and not have someone see 1 order that 2 stores are helping and sending the handles to the other store would be cost efficient and the easiest way to do it. Incompetence seems to be the new normal everywhere these days!

0/5 stars. If you want a masterclass in how companies dodge warranty claims while wasting hours of your life, buy a Giant water heater from RONA.
1. Water heater dies after 3 years.
2. Reaching RONA requires multiple calls. Every attempt costs you at least 30 minutes of listening to hold music and waiting for transfers, only to be told: "Not our problem, call Giant."
3. Giant says: "Not our problem, have a gas tech call us for the parts code."
4. RONA says: "We don't know who installed it, we delete contractor records after 1 year."
5. RONA then claims over the phone: "Giant told us that actually, only the customer can contact them."
I am trapped in an endless, infuriating loop of contradictory policies, terrible hold music, and zero accountability. Neither company stands behind what they sell. I now have to find and pay a random technician just to sit on the phone and do administrative paperwork with Giant to fix RONA’s mess. Skip the big box stores and buy your hardware straight from contractors who actually service what they sell.

RONA is a clean, organized version of something like a Home Depot or Lowe's (which may only be in America). They have a great selection and good prices overall. I came here for an over-the-range microwave. These are much more expensive than counter top ones. RONA had the right slim line model to fit the kitchen cabinet in this house. It was a good quality one made by Whirlpool. Bonus! It was on sale too. It was an instore sale. That was a nice surprise after I researched it online.

Donovan in Seasonal is a rockstar, should probably be running the whole outfit. Have never had a better experience working with an employee on an issue in my life. And my issue wasn’t even resolved but i know he did everything in his power to make it happen. That’s how good he is.

How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:

NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
