I spent over $7000, approximately $700 on the 360 warranty… 2 defective products. And nothing could be done because “they were damaged during moving”. We’ve had them for only a couple of weeks and we’re VERY careful moving. One chests frame starting sliding out of place, and the TV stand had multiple defects not due to us. If you can’t move with the furniture don’t get any from here…. Especially don’t pay extra for the warranty

Our Family had a new fridge delivered to our home in Radisson. We would like to thank the two men, who delivered the fridge, to our home. They were very professional, courteous and had no problems with going down the stairs; were on time and everything was done in a timely fashion. We appreciate your coming a long way to deliver our fridge. We will definitely order from Leon's again. Thank you

Ordered two recliners through Leon’s and we couldn’t be happier! Paras our sales person was very helpful and easy to work with. He provided us with all the information and options and was respectful of our choices.
We ordered both the SO Swivel glider recliner and the Dual Power swivel glider recliner and both have been perfect. The SO recliner is one of the most comfortable chairs we have ever owned! Both were easy to put together (we did it ourselves) and all parts are working exactly as expected - very smooth and quiet.

Ordered a sectional. Ws informed 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. That was in Febuary. We just received it today at end of June. The store advised a part of the sectional did not make shipping container hence delay. They would not check other stores and when same sectional was found in Alberta we were informed they could only get it if a full truck passed by. No talk of compensation for delay or anything!!!! Delivery crew was amazing. Can't say enough about them. As for Leons, after this experience will try hard to NOT go back for items.

I’d like to agree with elsayeds review there quality isn’t worth the Hefty price tag. Spent almost $6,000 on couches that they ship over on its side. Like all the weight on the one side won’t damage it or its electronics. Just so they save on shipping costs we get damaged products.
having just dealt with replacing a couch through them was a pain, called on the same day I received it and sent countless photos and communications for weeks just to have a functional couch which I deserved since day one of delivery. I received the new couch also with issues after nearly 2 months from the purchase date.
Also the bigger (size) delivery person can’t talk to customers, literally can’t even take criticism about product without taking offence personally. Just to note he may try to pass something broken off to you knowingly, pay attention while accepting delivery.
If you have a chance to jump in there box truck and inspect your items before they pull them out. You totally should because these guys are super Scammy and if it’s broken right out the box they’ll leave it there and tell you to call it in for a repair like your buying a refurbished item not brand new.
The policy’s are written in their favour, even if they’re in the wrong the tactics I experienced throughout the whole buying process was super shoddy.
The only thing this company has going for it is great repair (awesome guy) people which they absolutely need or they’d go out of business from how they practice and their inferior quality.
Review posted anonymously but if the manager leaves contact info I’m more than happy to talk.
