  if i could rate zero i would. we were delivered a broken fridge and was told Leons cant do anything for us and gave us a number to call. We reported the damage within the same day. We couldnt keep our old fridge ( its there policy). The fridge that was delivered pooled water at the bottom. to be told we cant do anything for you, after only hours of having it is robbery and terrible customer service.

  My husband and I bought 5 items from Leon's with the excellent help of salesperson, Gagon, and Nicole in Customer Service. One of the tables was damaged and we had to return it - Nicole was very helpful. We were asked to bring the table back in our truck, they gave us a return, and we bought a different table. Then our couch was delivered and it was the wrong one. I called in first and Nicole was super helpful on the phone. I came in to the store shortly after and Gagon had already done the research on why we ended up with the wrong couch and Nicole was so friendly and helpful to get it corrected in the system. Yes, we have to wait another 2 months now but alas they helped us. I requested the delivery drivers come and pick up the wrong couch because we had already once delivered a mistake (table) that wasn't ours. The store is a 25 minute drive from our house, which I drove twice to rectify the couch issues. I was not about to load up and bring back the wrong couch up and drive across the city for again a mistake that wasn't ours. And Nicole said no problem, I'll make that work! This is by far the best customer service I've received from furniture stores, and frankly anywhere. This is why we keep coming back even if 2 of 5 items were not correct. Not once did they get defensive or make me feel like we did something wrong, which is standard behaviour these days. Thanks Gagon and Nicole!

  Very disappointing experience with Leon’s Saskatoon. I purchased a dresser specifically on the condition that it would arrive by a certain date. Based on the original estimated arrival time, I was prepared to leave and purchase elsewhere because I needed it by that date. The salesperson assured me they could expedite it and gave me a firm date, which is why I went ahead with the purchase. When I drove approximately 300 km to pick it up on the agreed date, the dresser was not there. I was then told it would arrive within the next three days and that someone would call me when it came in. Five days passed with no call. I eventually contacted the store myself and learned that the dresser had actually arrived the day before, but nobody had notified me. When I finally picked it up, Leon’s offered me $25 as compensation. Considering the unnecessary 300 km trip, the missed promised delivery date, and the fact that the delivery assurance was a deciding factor in making the purchase, I found that response inadequate. The dresser itself is not the issue. My frustration is with being given a firm arrival date to secure the sale, then having that commitment missed and receiving poor follow-up afterward.

  Recently purchased a couch and loveseat from Lu at the Winnipeg Leon’s on Regent Avenue. The experience was excellent. She was friendly and wasn’t pushy. She let us take our time making a choice. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product we chose. We were fortunate enough to get a quick delivery date, within 2 days of our purchase. Ken and his delivery team were fantastic!! They were on time and extremely efficient with set up. I also loved the tracking option sent to my phone. It gives you an idea of where you are in the queue for delivery time. Overall a Wonderful experience from start to finish!! Definitely would consider purchasing here again. Thank you Leon’s staff!

  We had an excellent experience with Mirna D, Sales Associate at Leon’s Saskatoon. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and made the entire process so easy, comfortable, and personalized. From the very beginning, Mirna took the time to understand what we were actually looking for. She patiently walked us through all the options, explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and helped us choose the right bed based on our needs and budget. What stood out the most was that she never made us feel pressured to buy. She wasn’t focused on simply making a sale. Instead, she genuinely wanted to understand our needs and help us find the right product at the right price. She even took the time to make sure we were getting the best deal possible. Her patience, knowledge, and genuine care made such a difference. She made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and stress-free.
