  We went in just to check out their sale this last weekend, and ended up getting a great couch, that we've been wanting for a while, for a great price. They worked with us with our budget and came through for us in a great way! Svetlana was dedicated to getting us what we were looking for and got us the exact deal we were looking for on a brand new couch with delivery. Great service and a solid team! Thanks guys!

  We truly appreciated Mr. Lee. As a sales professional, he was both knowledgeable and patient, which made our entire experience extremely enjoyable. His professionalism and strong customer-focused attitude also gave us an even greater appreciation for the La-Z-Boy brand.

  Lee was extremely helpful in store and made our experience seamless and positive. Two of the delivery guys were darlings, one was rough around the edges and swore at my partner due to there being some snow on the ground in the lead up to our front door. 4/5 would order again.

  I was looking for a wall recliner chair and went to the Marquis Drive, Saskatoon store because their website indicated the LIAM chair I was looking for was "in stock". During the purchase process I was told that "in stock" meant in stock in Calgary and it would take 5 days to get it to Saskatoon and that I should get it delivered the day after arrival. I got a call on that 5th day (Friday)to say it was in Saskatoon but the earliest I would get it was the following Wednesday. It did arrive on Wednesday but DO NOT believe what their website says about availability. Even on sale the LIAM chair is not the quality I expected from La-Z-Boy. You get what you pay for.

  Dee was a great help and very friendly, we told her what the size of the area we had to work with and she found a couple couches that fit within the dimensions. The only unfortunate part was the colour of the fabric we wanted had been discontinued, so we went with a different colour. Dee was also very helpful in picking out the right pattern and colours for the accent pillows. We can’t wait to get our new couch home.
