  only 1 year old supposed to have a warranty on it. i email customer service all the information to solve this issue but no respond back and poor customer service bought the mattress from jysk saskatoon confederation.

  I’ve shopped at this JYSK location multiple times, and their customer service remains outstanding. Recently, I bought a bunk bed that came with a defective part. When I went back to see if it could be replaced, the staff went above and beyond—patiently opening box after box to try and find the exact part I needed. Since they couldn't find one in stock, they ordered a brand-new bed from headquarters and promised to contact me as soon as it arrived. True to their word, I was notified to pick it up two weeks later. The store manager apologized for the inconvenience, gave me a discount, and expressed genuine appreciation for my patience. While the initial product defect caused me several extra trips and some hassle, the incredible support from the entire team made up for it. I highly recommend shopping here!

  Awesome after sales service from Mohsin. They helped with a part of a bed frame, even though I bought it originally from a different store. Glad to recommend them
