  I thought I'd stop in since they're having their clearance sale, because they're closing... Prices are outrageous! $3.99 for 50 tea lights... You can get 100 tea lights across the parking lot, at Superstore for $7... A dollar less! I hope the store is stuck with all their merchandise, when their doors finally close!! Good riddance to overpriced poor quality merchandise 👋

  Customer service is very helpful and kind. Helped me return multiple items which I had bought with Flexiti, and their delivery service is very good.

  I had a wonderful experience shopping at this store. I purchased my sofa and bed from here, and the customer service was exceptional. The store manager was extremely kind, polite, and helpful. The sofa I wanted was out of stock, but they offered me the display piece at a great discount, which I really appreciated. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Highly recommend this store for their amazing service and customer care!

  i bought a mattress last year had an issue with the mattress, i emailed the receipt and picture to jysk customer service but they ignored no respond back finally the manager called me, apologized and decide to replace the old mattress to a new mattress.

  I’ve shopped at this JYSK location multiple times, and their customer service remains outstanding. Recently, I bought a bunk bed that came with a defective part. When I went back to see if it could be replaced, the staff went above and beyond—patiently opening box after box to try and find the exact part I needed. Since they couldn't find one in stock, they ordered a brand-new bed from headquarters and promised to contact me as soon as it arrived. True to their word, I was notified to pick it up two weeks later. The store manager apologized for the inconvenience, gave me a discount, and expressed genuine appreciation for my patience. While the initial product defect caused me several extra trips and some hassle, the incredible support from the entire team made up for it. I highly recommend shopping here!
